Physician Associate national exam fees 2021/22

The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) runs a range of exams and courses for doctors, physician associates and other healthcare professionals, for which it reviews fees on an annual basis.

The new fees for the PA 2-part national examination are noted below. This fee structure takes into account the increasing costs of delivering the PA national exam programme and with mandatory registration by the GMC now proposed for the second part of 2022, the new development requirements associated with this.

The new pricing structure is being spread across the year in three diets from September 2021.

The RCP recognises that candidates wish to be as prepared as possible for the PA national examinations, including financially, and is committed to making any future fee announcements as far in advance of exam diets as possible.
